1. TANDOORI ALU KI CHAAT
Potato, cored from the center, roasted in the tandoori oven, stuffed with chopped tomatoes, pineapple, red & green capsicum, corn, potato, home made cottage cheese & spring onion tips tossed in lemon juice, sprinkled with chat masala and garnished fresh coriander, served with mint chutney on a sizzling platter.
2. KHUMB SAAG
Fresh mushrooms stuffed with chopped spinach and cheese, cooked and served with a garlic based tamarind dip.
3. CHOTE BHARVE SAMOSE
Cocktail samosas with a filling of green peas and of mince meat, served on a sizzler garnished with chick peas and pickled onion, topped with mint chutney and tamarind dip.
4. PUNDINAWALLE CHICKEN KEBAB
Tender chicken kebabs, marinated, stuffed with a chutney made of fresh mint & coriander, cooked in the tandoori oven served on sizzling platted, accompanied by a tomato, onion & coriander dip.
5. SHAMMI KEBAB
Kebabs made of very finely ground beef mince and lentils, garnished with roundels of pickled onions with mint chutney on the side.
6. BAWLI HANDI
Tender cubes of beef cooked with a selection of vegetables in a lip licking tomato based sauce in a sealed clay pot.
7. BHARWA PAPAD
Poppadums stuffed with a mixture of potatoes, mince meat, chopped spring onion, chopped celery, seasoned with chat masala.
8. SUBZ BIRYANI
Basmati rice with vegetables, cooked in a clay pot, garnished with fresh coriander.
9. DAL KA PARATHA
Layered bread made from whole wheat flour, stuffed with Lentils, cooked in the tandoori oven.
A yoghurt dip with chopped pineapple, garnished with chick peas.
